Longtime Wampler pedal user and country guitar slinger Brad Paisley decided it was time to craft a more personal tone, and the result was the Wampler Paisley Drive. Essentially a dynamically sensitive transparent overdrive, it includes presence and mid contour switches to dial in the right feel.
With 3 EQ curves and a switchable presence control, there is no combination of guitar and amp that the Paisley Drive can’t improve upon. If you need a ‘screamer, it’s there, if you need something a little less prominent, it’s there… If you need scooped, it’s there.
As the pedal is based on Brad’s favorite amps and pedals, this pedal is definitely not just for country music. It can bring the blues, the rock and even, when scooped and pushed, can bring the metal out of your amp.
